The orlando rental home holds 12 people in 6 bedrooms comfortably, there is one spare fold down bed for one further person plus a baby in the cot/crib supplied.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the rental home which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.
The orlando rental home is only 2 miles (5 minutes) from Walt Disney World which is the closest residential community to these theme parks. Sea World is 10 minutes away and Universal 20 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!
The rental home has an idealistic south facing pool for all day sunshine. No need to keep moving those loungers around to catch the sun.
The home is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.
Unlike some rental homes which back on to walls or other properties, the home has idealistic unrestricted views over a lake and conservation woodland area (guaranteeing privacy).
Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.
For young children there are a selection of toys, games, playstation and videos. For the older children and the adults there is a fully equipped games room.
This orlando rental home is well equipped for small children. The home comes complete with a cot, highchair, buggy/stroller as well as having safety alarms fitted on the patio doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected. We even provide a baby listening monitor.
The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85°).
Absolutely not, we guarantee that the BBQ will be fully serviced prior to your arrival in the villa for your immediate use.
The rental home is minutes from a 24 hour supermarket. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc.). In addition there are a wide variety of stores on Highway 192.
There is a wealth of restaurants at the Formosa Shopping Centre which is 2 minutes away including: Outback Steakhouse, McDonalds, Chic Filet, Taco Bell, Red Lobster, TGI's, Dennys along with Chinese, Italian etc, many of whom will deliver. On highway 192 there are many others including themed restaurants.
Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre 2 minutes away which is beside a drug store (Wal-greens).
The home is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
Absolutely not! We offer a state-of-the-art computer with 24 hour free internet access, a deluxe gas barbeque and a range of baby equipment (such as high chair/cot and baby monitors) ... all of which are included in the price of the villa.
Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
Our excellent management company live less than 5 minutes away. They are on hand 24/7 should you need to contact them.
We have access to similar quality housing within the Rolling Hills area and will happily direct you to the owners.
